Aftercare
The time spent at the Swan Lake Centre provides intensive treatment to patients, and so in the interest of avoiding remission we recommend aftercare.
Generally, 6 months to a year is necessary for the maintenance of a healthy lifestyle and thought patterns (particularly for patients with an addiction).
Our weekly 2- to 3-day programmes make is possible to retain the skills acquired here, and the patient receives an answer individually or within a group to any questions/problems that arise.
